This application is for the newly built Miami FL Alpha Sigma Phi Chapter House. The rent rate is tentative and final rent rates will be set with Chapter leadership ASAP. Rent will range from $1,750-$2,000 monthly for 12 months. Occupancy dates will be 10 months. Final occupancy dates and rent rates will be indicated in the Resident Occupancy Agreement that resident and guarantor will receive for signature after the application is processed. Please note the property is still under contract for purchase and all Resident Occupancy Agreements will be contingent upon final closure and execution of the Purchase Agreement between CLVEN and the current owner.
